• Lack of communication for over two weeks from project initiation disqualifies refund eligibility

• Seeking services from other companies for the same project voids eligibility for a refund
• Refunds are not issued if the creative brief lacks essential information
• Complete design changes are non-refundable
• Refund requests beyond the stipulated time frame are not considered

• Dissatisfaction with a specific service in a bundle warrants a refund only for that service.

• Refunds are not entertained once the client approves the website design for development
• A money-back guarantee applies only if the client entirely rejects initial designs, with additional concepts or modifications incurring a 33% deduction for incurred costs
